Perhaps you are looking to start a business which is the real dream and you can actually make this kind of thing happen. Now then, this will only work for those people that are working in an executive setting and need to have some kind of leave of absence.

The first order of business is to make sure that your business dream does not directly effect the kind of business that you work for. This is the big thing.

If you find that you are not in direct competition with the company you work for then you need to go for an absence schedule.

This means that you will be working a lighter schedule with a lighter pay rate but you will remain employed. This allows you to continue to run your business and work to make a living.

Do Not Falter

When you are attempting this kind of thing you might make a couple of stutter steps along the way but do not allow it to phase you.

The one thing that you have to remember is that you are going to be pursuing your dreams while you are still making a complete and total living at the same time.

All in all you should remain on the same track. Do not leave the position that you have unless you are making a lot of money in the business that you are running. That will mean that you are going to have to keep the belt as tight as possible for quite a while.
