Skills Versus Duties

The true issue when it comes to all manner of getting hired with a company is the idea of skills versus the previous duties that you have used.

The thing with skills is that you need to learn how to show them and not tell about them. If you have proficiency in a particular piece of software then you should be prepared to show the interviewer that you can do certain things.

That is going to mean a lot more to them then any thing that you can put on paper. Be prepared to show all that you have in your hand. Never hold back because you may be dropping yourself down in the ranks.
